This position is responsible for managing multiple projects from Pre-Construction through Close-Out Phase. Overseeing field operations for multiple projects ensuring projects are completed on time, with-in budget and to the highest quality standards. A Project Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Clients, Architects and Designers.

SPECIFIC DUTIES

  • Support field staff during construction.
  • Efficient conflict resolution amongst all project participants.
  • Responsible for project financial success.
  • Oversee performance of project including project status, schedule, cost control, maintain relationships with clients, designers and consultants.
  • Attend and lead project meetings, including progress, pre-construction and close-out.
  • Review inspection and test data for compliance with specifications.
  • Ensures project site is secure and maintain a safe and respectful working environment at all times by implementing safety, risk management and training.

  • Degree preferred but not required.
  • Thorough understanding of industry with successful track record of completed projects.

  • Review and understand proposals, estimates, plans, specifications and related documents, analyzing labor, material, equipment and time requirements.
  • Understand construction drawings, specifications, permits and layouts.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers and administrative staff.
  • Complete accountability for onsite operations.
  • Manage multiple subcontractors and their time schedules and maintain continual communications with the customer, suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Monitor the work for quality and ensure the work meets to plan and specification requirements.
  • Demonstrate informative and professional assistance when working with vendors, customers and co-workers.
  • Follow and enforce all applicable safety precautions and programs.
